digital marketing is all uphill without a significant budget - it's not really like the soundcloud days anymore sadly. but peep the local underground scene. check out culxr house in North O, tilt 23, and some of the open mics (eg Dubliner on Wednesdays) - seen some great talent here (shoutout Ohdafro). meet people, support the local scene, and get plugged in
